HEALTH: 10 Bad Habits that Harm the Brain !!


The flowing habits damage your brain, thus you must know them

1. Avoiding Breakfast 



 
- Avoiding breakfast leads to lower blood sugar levels. The insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causes brain degeneration.

2. Smoking


- This bad habit may lead to Alzheimer diseases because of the multiple brain shrinkage. 

3. Overeating


- This bad habit causes hardening of the arteries in the brain which results in reducing the mental power. 

4. High Sugar Intake


- The absorption of proteins and nutrients is interrupted because of this bad habit, and that leads to malnutrition and stopping the brain development. 

5. Lack of Sleep


- Or brain rests when we sleep. The lack of sleep for a long time can boost the death of brain cells. 

6. Air Pollution


- The largest oxygen consumer in the body is the brain. When a polluted air is inhaled, the oxygen supplies in the brain are decreased and that results in low brain efficiency.

7. Sleeping with the Head Covered



- This sleeping increases the carbon dioxide concentration and decreases the oxygen concentration in the brain. Both processes may lead to brain damaging effects. 

8. Talking Rarely


- Conversations will improve the brain efficiency.

9. Working during illness


- Studying or working hard while being sick may damage the brain and decrease its effectiveness. 

10. Lacking in Brain Stimulation Thoughts


- Thinking is the best brain exercise. The lack of it may lead to shrinkage.
